MJH Floor Sanding has a proven track record in the commercial sector of the floor sanding business.
When it comes to having your floor sanding work undertaken, MJH is aware of the need for maintenance work to have as little impact on your business as possible.
We therefore offer to our customers the opportunity for MJH to carry out the work out of normal operating hours, be this over the weekend, during the school holidays, or even throughout the night.
MJH also offers a special commercial lacquer for areas of floor that will be exposed to extreme volumes of traffic. Bona “Traffic” is even harder wearing than it’s counterpart, Bona “Mega”.

We specialise in all types of wood floor surfaces, from hard wearing non-slip office floors to large sports halls, we also offer a court marking service for school halls, sports centres & squash clubs, as well as the facility to carry out repairs and replacement of severely damaged or worn sections of flooring.
We can virtually guarantee a match in the replacement materials we would use to repair your floor; this is due to the fact that we would source reclaimed materials from a floor similar to that which we are repairing.
MJH offers a follow up maintenance service for our domestic customers.
This involves revisiting the floor every 9 to 12 months and performing a very light sanding of the floor to partially remove the topcoat of lacquer and replacing it with a fresh coat.
This process, if continued will allow the coats of lacquer applied to the floor to build up, affording your floor even more protection from damage and discolouration.
This will also stop the floor getting into such a state that it needs sanding back down to the bare wood so often.
